LIC online registration of new users

Follow these steps to register for LIC online services
  1. Visit LIC official website
  2. Click on ‘online services’ box
  3. Select ‘customer portal’
  4. You’ll find two choices- ‘registered user’ and ‘new user’
  5. Select ‘new user’
  6. Fill in the required details pertaining to your LIC policies, name, and date of birth of the policy holder, details of installment premium paid, etc.
  7. Click on ‘proceed’
  8. Choose a login ID and password. The login ID and password chosen by you will act as your LIC e-services account credentials
  9. You’ll receive a welcome mail on your registered email ID
The next time you wish to login, you’ll have to select the ‘registered user’ option under ‘customer portal’ and provide your registered credentials (user ID and password)  to avail of LIC online services.​
